Schoombee Karoo Butchery, situated on the Vriesfontein farm, is your destination for quality meats. Managed by Lodewyk Moolman and his dedicated team, we turn the “Farm to Fork” dream into reality. Deon and Dionne make monthly deliveries to Hermanus, Somerset-West, Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Jeffreys Bay for your convenience.

Lamb

Our lamb, sourced exclusively from Vriesfontein, ensures flavourful and tender meat, free from the stresses of transportation to larger abattoirs. You can order lamb in convenient 10kg boxes containing half a lamb, with vacuum-packed and frozen meat.

Beef
